By using Jobi.com.au web site ("Service"), or any services of Beepy Pty Limited ("Beepy"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY, ITS AFFILIATES AND ALL USERS WHO ACCESS OUR SERVICES THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS "YOU" OR "YOUR" SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY, ITS AFFILIATES AND USERS ASSOCIATED WITH IT. 1. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website.
2. You must be a real living person to post an advert with this website.
3. You must not impersonate other individuals or impose as another company or employee from another company that is not directly represented by yourself in any way.
4. You are responsible for the security of your own email service. Any breach in security within your own email client/account is not the responsibity of our Service.
5. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
6. Our Service is provided "As is". Beepy Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss of profit, or other costs incerred by your own busineess caused by any direct or indirect actions by Beepy Pty Ltd or any defects or oversights with our Service.
7. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. The Content uploaded remain yours. However, by submitting your Content to our Service, you agree to allow others to view your Content publicly via the normal channels.
8. Our Service reserves the right to remove your Content at our discresion. Any Content deemed unsuitable for public display may be removed without proir correspondence with your business or personal account. This includes --but is not limited to-- hate speech, pornographic material, spam material, or other images or english language text that is considered sexist, racist, or generally not suitable for a professional work environment.
